EM CLI verbs to assign privileged credentials

I'm combing through Doc E17786-09, the EM CLI Bible, to find the correct verbs to manage credential sets for targets.
I want to assign named privileged credentials to certain Oracle Homes to support DLMP patching.  I can do the assignments manually but I'd prefer a scripted solution.

What are the verbs to get and set target privileged credentials?
