Using flarcreate to move a full Solaris 10 system into a branded Solaris 10 zone under Solaris 11

 As described above;  I am trying to use "flarcreate" to backup an entire system so that it can be installed into a branded Solaris 10 non-global zone. I have patched the solaris system to update 11 prior to trying to run the flarcreate. But it fails with the following error message, any suggestions on what's going wrong?

Creating the archive...
cpio: cpio: export/home/XX: too large to archive in current mode
cpio: cpio: export/home/s10.flar: too large to archive in current mode

Here's the output;

# flarcreate -n "Solaris10_<hostid>" -S -c /net/<hostname>/export/disk3/s10.flar
