Enter multiple promise date related to the same item in a quote using Oracle Sourcing

Hi

Is it possible to split Quote line using Oracle Sourcing  to enter multiple promise date related to the same item ?  

Example :

I create a Sourcing Negociation with 1 line  (Item having a requested quantity 100 units) 

The supplier have 50 units available and 50 units that he want to deliver after 30 days. 

Is-it possible that the supplier_user split the line to enter two promised date related to one item   ?  If not possible,  is there another solution to this business case using Oracle Sourcing R12.1.3 ?
