R12 Multiple releases for one blanket

Hi all,

My Purchasing Manager has the following issue: 

a single requisition that includes inventory (inventory item is assigned to an ASL) and non-inventory lines from the same Blanket Agreement creating 2 different releases in the release queue


Why is this occurring?  How can we make both lines appear in one release?
