How to Create Sales Quote and Sales Order without Price List

 Hi All,
My customer wont maintain price list for any item but they used sell item on their customer need basis. Initially client receiving RFQ from their customer and based that client will create sales quote. While entering sales quote, the client want to enter price directly without price list and the same way they need Sales order as well. Please advice how to achieve this requirement in oracle e-bus 12.1.3.
