R12.13 : Question on Oracle Inventory, Receiving and WMS: Logistics RUP7 or INV/RCV RUP7 (Doc ID 1

Hi,
We are doing a new implementation of R12.1.3  we have both WMS and INV modules.     I was going through note Oracle Inventory, Receiving and WMS: Logistics RUP7 or INV/RCV RUP7 (Doc ID 1578818.1)  and it says the following
Patch 16812342:R12.WMS.B is applicable for WMS and INV customers.

Patch 16826285:R12.INV.B is applicable for only Inventory Customers (non WMS).

Also, there is a consolidated patch available for RUP7

Patch 17442200 Logistic RUP7 Consolidated  , Patch 17512558 Inventory RUP7 (Consolidated)

I have the following Questions

We have no applied any Rup patches on top of R12.1.3.   We wish to uptake consolidated patch.        In our case (WMS and INV) , which  consolidated patch should we uptake.
