Verifying Hardware Clock synchronization at shutdown ...not met

I have installed 11gr2 grid infrastructure on RHL 6.5. All the post installation test are getting passed except the below. I have tried with  both NTPD and CTSS but, bo luck so far.  Please help me to fix this issue.
./cluvfy comp healthcheck


Verifying OS Best Practice

Verifying Huge Pages Existence ...met
Verifying Hardware Clock synchronization at shutdown ...not met
Verifying availability of port 8888 ...met
