R31410 is not generating R31415 or R31416 when it is ran.

When I run R31410 to genetate WO's, attach BOM & Routing and print shop packet it shouws it ran but nothing is attahed and status does not change. I have checked both Data Selection & processing options and they are ok. Plus I even ran the generic XJDE version to no avail. This current version ran earlier this week. Where else may I check to discover what is causing this.
