Error in Weblogic Admin Server log with the Error Code BEA-000337

Hi,
  Recently i am getting the below error in Admin Server log. If this error occurs , applications hosted on this server is not working.

  Please suggest me to resolve this error

", which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds. Stack trace:
