Issue in Configuring Gateway in Siebel 8.1.1.10 in Windows Server 2008 R2

Hi Expert Team,
We installed Siebel 8.1.1.10 in Windows Server 2008 R2. After installation we are facing issue while configuration.

You can see below doc. We are getting the same error but in Windows, this is in Unix..

Siebel Configuration Wizard failed with error. (Doc ID 1581817.1)

Issue Details:-

To setup the Gateway Server, you execute Siebel Server Configuration and press [Next] at the last confirmation screen,
it failed with following error message,

"Siebel Configuration Wizard failed with error. Please see the log files for details."


Raising it as Sev1 as we have raised SRs in Sev 2 and Sev 3 Priorities but never recieved a feedback. Our Deadlines are closer and any delay will impact our Production deplyment.
