Open UI srf

 Hi,    We have Siebel 8.1.1.10 server with Oracle DB 11.2.0.3 which is Prod server.
Now  I have installed new server with same version as production.
I got .dat file and srf from Prod.Imported .dat file to my new environment and replaced the srf. Now the new environment is similar one to Prod.
As we are using 8.1.1.10, we can use Open UI. 
I want to know the procedure for 8.1.1.10 for enabling Open UI in my current environment?Should  i to go for IRM?Then full compile and replace the new srf in server?
How should I proceed?Please suggest.
