Presenting Opportunity Revenue and User Quota by territory in a report

 Hi,
We are trying to make a report that will present for each territory the revenue of opportunities and the quota (user quota).
I saw in the documentation that using opportunity metric and quota metric might return ODBC error, Although both worlds are available for creating a report.
I did encountered this error or just got empty quota data when trying to execute this report.
Is there any suggestion how it is possible to create such a report?
