Need Transaction with no effect with Inventory and Accounting.

Dear All,

I am Using the Oracle Inventory with average Cost method it is Working Fine,  I am performing the Transaction Issue to Project ( it is Issing the Item with respective Project).

I Require the Some Transaction which will not effect the my inventory or any financial entries(Because in the Project we have different Jobs) so I want to Trace the Activity of my Issue Item.

Please

1) we have any Transaction in Oracle which Does not Effect the Inventory and Finace Status, so that I can Only Entered the Activity of my Item with Respective job , If it is there in which oracle model.
