R12 upgrade driver is failing for files ibytmppp.ldt and ibyupgpp.ldt - Error loading seed data for

Hi,

While upgrading the application from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.1, we encountered some errors for files ibytmppp.ldt and ibyupgpp.ldt when applying R12 patch 6678700.

Excerpts from the log files is given below. Appreciate if anyone can provide a solution.
