PAY: Employee Not Paid, SOE not Created
Hi all,
An employee was not paid and his SOE was not created after running the payroll process. Upon checking the batch lines via SQL Developer, it was found out that his timecard was fetched and all the entries in the timecard were validated and transferred. But upon checking the payroll process results for the period used, the message "Rolled back assignment <assignment number> for <employee name>" was found in the run messages.
Can anyone tell me why the employee's assignment was not processed thus he was not paid?
