Delete Button is Disabled in Table Structures

Hi,

We are currently trying to delete/end-date rows in a table structure and the delete button is disabled. I already checked if there are any forms personalization created to disable the delete button and there aren't any. Please advise as to what settings may be checked to fix the issue. Thanks!
