Input file names to upload into Oracle SRs

Could you please provide All input files which are uploading into Oracle SR while creating SR or While working on SR module wise. These are useful to oracle to understand the issue.

As we are working on these scripts to automate as concurrent programs as when required, User will run this program and upload to oracle SR to avoid delay.

Example: PO: RCV11i Output
                OM: Diagnostic script HTMomse Sales order Diagnostics

Like this ....I need to have module wise Data collection script file names with metalink notes.
