upgrade from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3, while applying upgrade main patch number :6678700 with file glrd

We are in the process of upgrade from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3,  while applying upgrade main patch number :6678700  with file  glrdrtbl.sql
we are facing following error.
