Service: Is it Possible to Prevent Closing of SR depended task status with compleed flag

Hi,

Currently the oracle setup preventing closing SR when the task status is OPEN. this OPEN sttus note include all status that are flaged as 'Completed'.

We would like to extend this functinality to prevent closing SR when the task is in one of the statuses with the completed flag.

please advise if there is any oracle profile, functinality, setup ....
