Link aggeregation issue in solaris 11.1 with Two different interface, used two NEM 24Port 10G module

Oracle Blade chassis 6000 has been configured with Two NEM Module(NEM0 & 1). We have done Solaris-11 in Blade T5-B servers, also configured link aggregation on Two network port but link failover has not happen successfully.

We have configured vlan and etherchannel in both the NEM module.

I have aggregate below both the port with LACP mode (active, passive, off) and trunk mode but same issue has arise.

 

#dladm show-physc

net2              Ethernet             up         10000  full      ixgbe0------NEM0 Port

net3              Ethernet             up         10000  full      ixgbe1------NEM1 Port

 

In Below output, I have disconnected cable from NEM0(net3) module but port status is showing attached and also able to ping another hosts.
