Placing follow on order

Hi,

Once an order reaches its PONR, OSM will not permit revision order on that order, hence a follow on order should be placed.

But when CRM trying to place the order it is showing error saying revision not allowed because order reached PONR.How to place a follow on order, do CRM need to follow any specific procedure to place a follow on order.

Please let us know the way to place a follow on order.
