Error when closing work order

hi,

this is urgent when i closing work order some work order are giving this error:

"The close date precedes the posting date of some transactions performed against the jobs"

now i have R12.1.1 out 105 work orders created last month only 29 work order have this message.  rest have been successfully closed. no issues no warnings. Please advise?????
