Same concurrent but different results why?

hi we have a concurrent program "Sevk İrsaliyesi" which output format is XML.

when we submit it from a responsibility by running manually output is visiable. But when we define it to shiping document list and make new shipment, concurrent submitted automatically but output is not visiable. when we push "view output" xml code displayed with "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it." message. if we check request details layout field is NULL too.

any suggestion?
