FSG Account Assignment

Hi,
We have defined few FSG Reports. Raw sets & column sets have been defined for all raws & columns. Although for some raws parent accounts or child accounts have been assigned, the correct balances appeared in the Trial Balnce are not picked for the report. What could be the reason for this?
