11gR2 : PARALLEL QUERY is IDLE !

Hi ,
I have a parallel query ( SELECT with DOP = 2 )  with no response since 24 hours !

P1 PX Deq Credit: need buffer    WAITING      
P2 PX Deq Credit: need buffer    WAITING
P3 PX Deq: Execution Msg         WAITING
P4 PX Deq: Execution Msg         WAITING

There is no lock !
