Upgrade from Solaris 10 to Solaris 11 on T3/Sparc with zfs root pool

Can anyone direct me to some helpful documentation that defines the process/procedures for upgrading an Oracle Solaris 10 host to Solaris 11 (This is a test environment. My T4 production hosts had Solaris 11 installed before they went production).
The T3 host is supporting several Oracle Test database instances, running zones.
