Version 11.1.2.3 Suppression Issue

Currently working on an upgrade project for a client who is upgrading HFM from version 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.2.3 and after the reports are moved over to new system we are no longer able to view the data in the reports that is called by functions.

Example: Line 3 of report calls for Account - "Children of Cash" and the only thing that is displayed on the report is the total Cash. When I remove all suppression I am able to see all of the accounts with/without balances, but when i try to suppress 0 and NoData it removes everything. Has anyone else experienced this?
