Performance improvement for custom integrator

Hello

We have created a custom integrator for Web ADI. Are there any configurations, setups that can be done to improve performance? 100 rows takes 20 minutes to upload and 250 rows takes about 1.5 hours to upload. Any help on this is appreciated.
