Unable to invoke Hyperion 11.1.1.4 config tool in Windows 2003 R2 server

I updated the Hyperion Planning version 11.1.1.3 to version 11.1.1.4 on Windows (2003 R2). I am unable to invoke configuration tool because of the following error:

The procedure entry point _NET_InetAddressToSockaddr@24 could not be located in the dynamic link library net.dll.

I greatly appreciate and thank you in advance if you could share any definitive solution that has worked for you.
