You can now use LCM to migrate artifacts from 11.1.1.4 to 11.1.2.3

The following 2 patches were just released, to allow for LCM from 11.1.1.4 env to 11.1.2.3 environment

- Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System Release 11.1.1.4.500 Patch Set Update (PSU): 16863872 is available via My Oracle Support

- Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System Release 11.1.2.3.050 Readme Patch Set Update (PSU): 17307819 is available via My Oracle Support

Apply Patch 16863872 to your source environment and Patch 17307819 to your target environment.

Patches to support LCM migration from 11.1.2.1 and 11.1.2.2 are not yet available
