Creating an Oracle Alert. How to include the sysdate in the no exceptions email.

I am not sure this is the write community for this question.  If someone knows where it should go, please let me know.  I did not see anything specifically for Oracle Alerts.

I want to do what I thought was a simple item.  In the No Exception email that I am creating for an alert, I would like to include the current date on the subject line of the email.  I do not see a way to do this.  Does anyone have an idea?
