Standalone Verisons of JD Edwards

Hi,

On the Oracle Edelivery Site, https://edelivery.oracle.com/,  the most recent Standalone Version of JDE is present, but was wondering how I could update earlier standalone versions (i.e. 8.10) of the software.  If this could not be retrieved online, does Oracle provide these if requested?
