Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Freeze physical inventory error out

Hi Experts

In 12.1.3.

Define a physical count for a specific subinventory, click Snapshot , error out:

PHYSICAL_INVENTORY_ID = 23013
SQL Error(fifobld-4), Error Code = -1

Run Physical Inventory Information , shows :

Onhand information
0 Rows Selected

In fact, there are lot of items in the subinvetory and onhand quantity are not 0.
