Does ARCMGTAP workflow supports parallel approval in R12.1.3

Hi,

I would like to know whether in Oracle EBS R12.1.3, the AR Credit Management Application Process workflow (ARCMGTAP) supports parallel approval.

We have a requirement where the application is sent to multiple people for approval and any one of them can respond.

We followed the Doc ID 471125.1 and configured AME for parallel approval. Now when the credit application is submitted for approval, the workflow has errored out with below message:

ORA-20001: Oracle Approvals Management has found parallelization configuration details. The context in which ame_api has been invoked does not support parallelization.
