Data migration for Siebel Server

 Hi Experts,    I have one Siebel Environment on which HI is activated which is a test Environment with test Data.For Open UI, i have created the similar type environment with same DB version and Siebel Version.

To test the Open UI  on new  Environment , i dont have the data and i dont want to run EIM job  for the same.

Is it possible to to mount the same DB to this new Environment As both are on same Siebel and DB versions?

If so, how to proceed? 
Please suggest.
