adcfgclone.pl failing while trying to create a new clone on RHEL 5.9 (KSH problems)

Good day
I am trying to create a clone instance of our 2-tier eBS system. I have sucessfully done this many times on our RHEL 5.2 system. We want to upgrade to RHEL 5.9:
I have installesd REHL 5.9 and installed all the additional RPM packages.
Now when running "perl adcfgclone.pl dbTier" I m getiing the following error. I have included some commands before the actual "perl adcfgclone.pl dbTier" to describe whats happening with the 'ksh'. I have also tried the suggestion from note 451994.1 (changing the KSH_VERSION) - but it does not help.

[oravm@DURLDB bin]$ which ksh
/bin/ksh
