cloning of ebs environment from one domain to another domain.

Hello everyone,

I need to do a ebs clone from one domain to another domain. domain in the sense  different network domain.

for example.

step 1 : i did a clone of ebs at USA

step 2 : taking the backup dump to Singapore with external storage.

step 3 : preparing the clone environment in Singapore with the help of backup dump.

Is it possible or not.

if possible then how to do that ?
