Error "FRM-40735: CLOSE_WINDOW trigger raised" in Service Request form.
While closing the Service Request form, we are facing the error "FRM-40735: CLOSE_WINDOW trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508"
The metalink note suggest to install Field Service, Depot Repair. But the client has license for Oracle Teleservice and iSupport.
Please help me in following questions.
1. When Service Request form is core component (i.e form based module) of Teleservice, why do we need license of other product?
2. Client would be using only SR Type, SR statuses, Status transition and Notes. These functionalities are not dependent with Field Service or Depot Repair. Still Do we need license of other modules?
