Setups for budget creation inproject management

Hi Folks,

Can anyone let me know,how to create the Project Budgets from Project Management.

I tried creating the budgets from Project Management ->Financial ->Budget and Forecast.To create this whata re the setups required?I tried checking to create Plan type,i could not find where to create it?

Can anyone know about this?
