Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. PO Approval issue

Hi,

We are facing an issue with PO approval route configuration. The scenario is that:

1) User entered an order 90053 and then the approver rejected it

2) The version is configured to send it back for approval on the change of any field

3) The next status if it is rejected is 220. This means last status is 230, next status is 220.

Getting error as attached.
