Dear Experts,

ebtax issues - during upgrade from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3.

We are in need of some help with ebtax during a 11.5.10 to r12.1.3 upgrade.

Most of our issues seem to be around tax exceptions, since there was bug in 11.5.10 that allowed the app to work with tax exceptions when only the state had been entered, versus the full state, city and county combination.

Do you know whether using tax zones can resolve the tax exceptions?

Can we able to load all the state/city/county for tax exceptions if yes how ?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
