Not Able To Receive eAM Job type Purchase Order/release RVTOO-010:Subroutine rvtooperation in Oracle

Hello Team,

While performing receipt we are getting below error for some POs and release.

RVTOO-010: Subroutine rvtooperation() returned error.
Cause: Subroutine rvtooperation() returned an internal error.Returned error message is: FND
Action: Note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform.

For all the problamatic PO and release the destination type is-> 'SHOPFLOOR' and the discrete job attached is 'EAM Job'.

I did check the metalink but did not get much information related to it.
And I am not sure why we need to apply patch regarding it as we are having issue with only few POs and release.
