Any strike among Oracle SR analysts?

Hello,

I created an SR last Friday and it hasn't been accepted yet. I'm surprised because whenever I created an SR in the past the support was always so prompt that the SR would get accepted the same day itself.
It's been almost 3 days and nothing so far. Anything changed for this new year ?
