Name of Accounts in Cyrillic or in Chinese

 Hi all, 

For our clients in China and Russia, we would like to let our sales team the possibility to write the real name of their clients with the chinese or russian alphabet. 

But for the rest of our crm users it will not be understandable (as they do not speak those languages)

Is there a solution for that ? Could a field appears in different languages ? But to do so it means that both chinese and russian will have to translate the name in latin at the creation rigth ?
