management of large (>6Tb) file systems

My client wants to create a >6Tb file system to contain a number of copies of their production data for testing purposes, each prodcution copy will be around 0.9 to 1Tb.
Our systems are Solaris 10 using VXFS 5.1 and VXVM 5.1
Has the community any experience of or know of any pitfalls around using & managing file systems of this size?
Thanks in anticipation
Bryan V Hardwick.
