Unable to remove "Required Description" from "Checkout: Requisition Information" page in iProcuremen

 Hi All, 
Any ideas how to personalize/remove the field "Requisition Description" in the "Checkout: Requisition Information" page in iProcurement (screenshot attached of field). 

I tried to do this myself but there is no option to render it "False".

Let me know if you anyone has any clues how to remove this field?
