 Hi,
We have business case like

Group of customers for specific having promotion if they will buy 

1-100 to 499 will give them 10 items at 0 price in the same sales order.
2-500 to 999--------------------->20------------------------------------------------------------>
3-1000 to onword ------------->50------------------------------------------------------------>
