Sales Order Line Closing

We recently integrated EBS (12.1.3) OM/SE with OTM.  We order, ship, and invoice in LBS (we manufacture steel coils).  Previously, we would create sales orders with the entire customer ordered quantity on one line (1.1).  With OTM, we have been splitting the sales order lines out to truck load quantities.  We have a standard dual unit of measure 4400 Lbs. = 1 Pcs.  When the shipment is made, each coil is scanned for weight and the total weight of the shipment is what is shipped and billed.  Since the weights of each coil are always different, there will typically be
