What is the "upon completion..." for in XML Publisher Report Bursting Program Concurrent program

 just wonder.  When I submit the "XML Publisher Report Bursting Program" Concurrent program, what is the "Upon Completion.... " section for?   The Upon Completion... section has Layout, Notify and Print To.  Are they work at all?  what is that Notify and Print To for?  If the Bursting control file has email only, will the "Print To' also print the pdf file to print on the top of email?
