Monitoring Encryption wallet Status via EM12c

 Hello,
Is there any built-in event that can be used to monitor transparent data encryption (TDE) wallet status (open, closed) in EM 12c?  
If not, has anyone implemented custom events for this type of monitoring?
we would like to make sure in situations when the DB is open but wallet is closed,  an alert will be triggered for investigation.
